A significant evolution of transport accompanied by a significant increase in the car fleet have been the basis for the intensification of concerns and efforts on multiple levels in order to ensure the safety of road traffic. In the context of the increase in the number of accidents, practically proportional to the increase in the number of vehicles with exceptional technical performance, it is necessary to perform a coherent and concise regulation of offenses and contraventions in the field of road traffic.
