AITS 2021 Student Congress is integrated into the main congress and offers students from around the world the opportunity to participate in an international conference and to present their papers on the main congress topics.
The section of the congress dedicated to the students will include ONLY works selected by the SIAR structures of the universities. The students must be SIAR Junior members. Students must pursue a bachelor's degree in automotive and transportation engineering, not a masters degree, no PhD. In order to present the students' works, a poster section will be organized. The students' works will be published in congress proceedings. The papers will be edited according to the congress template. The authors will contact the SIAR secretariat.
The deadlines for the students' papers are the same as for the main congress sections.
Furthermore, during AITS 2021 will take place the SIAR’s International Contest for Students on Automotive Engineering «Professor Constantin Ghiulai» and it will have the following sections:
- „Automotive Dynamics” (in Romanian) - this is the 7th edition;
- „Automotive Computer Aided Design” (in English) – the 4th edition.
The students are encouraged to enroll as it is a good opportunity to test their specific knowledge on Automotive Dynamics and CAD (Catia by Dassault Systemes) and to share not only technical knowledge but also life related knowledge with students from different universities.
In addition to making contacts with other students, participants in the Student Congress will have full access to the main congress. This makes it a great opportunity to network with senior engineers and industry executives. Awards for the best student papers are presented at the official Closing Ceremony.
