Author Guidelines

Submission Process Overview

STEP 1: Abstract Submission

Authors are required to first submit a structured abstract, which will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Submissions must include:

•          ✅ Title of the paper

•          ✅ Author(s) and academic/professional affiliation

•          ✅ Abstract (maximum 100 words)

•          ✅ 3–5 relevant keywords

STEP 2: Abstract Evaluation & Topic Assignment

Accepted abstracts will be assigned to one of the congress’s topic areas. Upon approval, authors can begin preparing their oral presentation for the congress.

STEP 3: Presentation at AMMA 2025

During the congress, authors will present their research and paper ideas. A panel of reviewers and scientific committee members will offer feedback, comments, and recommendations for further development.

STEP 4: Full Paper Development & Publication

After the congress, authors will refine and expand their papers according to reviewer feedback and may submit them to the special issues dedicated to AMMA 2025.

•          Congress Dates: October 23–25, 2025

•          Full Paper Submission for Special Issues: Within 6 months after the congress

All accepted and presented works will be eligible for peer-reviewed publication in special issues of the following ISI (Q2) indexed open-access journals:
