** A maximum of two papers may be submitted with the same first author. If both papers are accepted for inclusion in the proceedings of CAR2026, an additional fee of 60 Euro will apply to the second paper.

- all Romanian citizens will pay their registration fees in the Romanian national currency (RON) using the following exchange rate: 1 EUR = 5.2 RON
- participants from outside Romania will pay in the European currency (EUR)
