x “Authors” refers to every person listed as an author of an article. If all listed authors attend to CAR2026, each author must pay a registration fee. An author listed on multiple articles pays the registration fee only once (with the exception listed below at **)
* Reduced registration fees are available to those who belong to one of FISITA’s 38 national member societies – please visit https://fisita.com/membership/society-members/ to see if you qualify.
** A maximum of two papers may be submitted with the same first author. If both papers are for Journal of Physics: Conference Series - IOPscience then an additional fee of 60 Euro will apply to the second paper.

Registration fee for congress participants includes:

Nota Bene:
- all Romanian citizens will pay their registration fees in the Romanian national currency (RON) using the following exchange rate: 1 EUR = 5.2 RON
- participants from outside Romania will pay in the European currency (EUR)
